How long does an order take to deliver?

Standard turnaround is 48-72 hours for most print and laser jobs. CNC and scanning projects may take 3-5 business days depending on complexity. We'll confirm the exact timeline when we receive your files.

Do you ship outside of Crete?

Yes. We ship to all of Greece via courier (typically ACS or Speedex) and internationally on request. Shipping cost is calculated at the time of the quote.

How do I send my files for a quote?

Use the quote form on this page and attach your files directly, we accept STL, DXF, SVG, PDF, and common image formats. If your files are large, you can also send a link to a cloud storage folder.

What materials do you work with?

For 3D printing: PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and standard/ABS-like/flexible resins. Laser cutting and engraving: plexiglass, wood, polycarbonate, glass, stone, and painted metal. CNC: wood, MDF, acrylic, and aluminium.

Can you help if I don't have a design file ready?

Yes. We offer mechanical CAD design and reverse engineering services. If you have a physical part or a rough sketch, we can turn it into a production-ready file.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We accept single-unit orders and production batches equally. There's no minimum, whether you need one prototype or five hundred finished parts.

How do you guarantee quality before shipping?

Every job goes through a QC check before it leaves the workshop. We verify dimensions, surface finish, and any functional requirements specified in the brief. If something doesn't pass, we re-run it before shipping.
