What we run

FDM 3D Printers

  • Build volume up to 300×300×400 mm
  • Layer height 0.1 – 0.4 mm
  • Materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU

Resin 3D Printers

  • XY resolution 0.05 mm
  • Layer height 0.025 – 0.1 mm
  • Standard, ABS-like, Flexible, Castable

Laser Cutter / Engraver

  • CO₂ laser
  • Cuts wood, acrylic, polycarbonate
  • Engraves glass, stone, painted metal

CNC Router

  • Positioning accuracy ±0.05 mm
  • Minimum tool size from 0.5 mm
  • Wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminium

3D Scanner

  • Small scale: accuracy up to 0.05 mm
  • Large scale: up to 2.5 m objects
  • Outputs: STL, OBJ, STEP, E57
Workflow

How a job moves through the workshop

  1. 01

    File review

    We check your design files for manufacturing issues before anything is produced , tolerances, wall thickness, support requirements.

  2. 02

    Material & process selection

    We confirm the right material and process for the job, advising if there's a better path than the one originally requested.

  3. 03

    Production

    All machining, printing, cutting and engraving happens in-house. No handoffs, no waiting on suppliers.

  4. 04

    QC & delivery

    Parts are checked against spec before shipping. Any deviation is flagged and resolved before the job leaves the workshop.
