Welcome to SVK3D ("SVK3D", "Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, including any related subdomains and services offered through it (collectively, the "Site"), as well as any purchases made through our e-shop. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

4. E-Shop Terms
4.1 Product Information We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order has been submitted. 4.2 Orders and Payments You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing/description errors, or suspected fraud. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes and shipping fees, where applicable. 4.3 Shipping and Delivery Shipping times and delivery estimates vary by location and product. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delivery delays. 4.4 Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy (where available). Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected, unless otherwise required by law.
